How does the gift card work?
The electronic gift card you received does not expire and there are no fees associated with it. You can use your gift card to make one or more purchases from the Fabletics website at www.fabletics.com. You are not limited to using specific amounts or increments when using the gift card. Upon initial use of your gift card any remaining balance or value will be converted to store credit.
How can I redeem my gift card?
If you received a Fabletics gift card you can redeem the gift card two ways: (1) enter the 16 digit gift card code in the “Enter Coupon Code” section during the checkout process when making a purchase; or (2) visit https://www.fabletics.com/giftcard/redeem/public#accountinfo.gift_card_redeem.
How do I check the value of my gift card?
You can check the value of your gift card by entering your email address or the 16 digit gift card code at www.flgiftcard.com. If you have already used the gift card code to make a purchase, any remaining value from the gift card will be automatically credited back to your Fabletics Account under the “store credit” section.
Do I have to be a VIP Member to use a gift card?
You do not have to be a VIP Member to use a gift card. If you are a VIP Member you will receive special VIP Member pricing when making purchases.

Where can I use my gift card?
You can use your gift card to make purchases from www.fabletics.com, Fabletics gift cards cannot be used to make purchases from the other JF Brands.
Can I send my gift card to someone else?
Yes, you can send your gift card to anyone you like. Gift card recipients do not have to be VIP Members, however if they are not VIP Members they will not receive VIP Member pricing, though they will receive the full value of the gift card.
What if I can’t find the email with the gift card code? Or I deleted the email?
If you cannot locate the email with the gift card code, you may enter your email address at https://www.flgiftcard.com and use the “resend email” feature. You can also contact us Monday through Friday from 10am-7pm EST at the following number: 855-266-9953, or send us an email at [email protected].
Can I buy a gift card?
You can purchase a gift card for Fabletics, by visiting https://www.fabletics.com/giftcard.
Can I return my gift card for a refund?
No, you cannot return a Fabletics gift card for a credit or cash refund unless required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund or cash redemption due to applicable state law, please call FLGC customer service at 855-266-9953 or email us at [email protected]. If you use your gift card to make a purchase, but have any remaining value from the gift card it will be automatically credited back to your Fabletics Account under the “store credit” section.
Will I receive a physical gift card in the mail?
No, all gift cards are electronic. You will not receive any physical cards in the mail.
